Product Review: Metolius Wood Rock Rings

I give the positives and negatives of the Metolius Wood Rock Rings and show how hang and use them...

The Metolius Wood Rock Rings are light and portable and are great for something to take with you while traveling.

Positives:
- They weight about 1 pound for both rock rings and are small and easy to pack.
- The are well made. The wood is smooth and the measurements appear to be accurate.
- They work well for hangboard training where you use large, medium and small edges.

Negative:
- It might be hard to hang if you travel to a location where you don't know where you can hang the rock rings.

Final verdict:
I strongly recommend the rock rings for traveling but I prefer a traditional hangboard for home use because there is a greater variety of holds.
